Learn@Lunch: Learn about Teaching Learners to Teach


Residents Teaching Residents (RTR) is a curriculum that introduces core elements of academic teaching within a graduate medical learning environment. RTR is designed to promote teaching and scholarship within trainee’s professional identity and future practice.


In this event, participants will learn about a curriculum developed to teach residents to teach other learners. The curriculum uses near-peer instruction and active learning to support resident education skills in didactic presentations and clinical spaces.
