Thank you for submitting your request electronically. This form must be completed and submitted to the Regional Water Authority (RWA) at least 10 days prior to a property closing. We will not provide balance information unless a completed real estate closing form is received. Customers who have had the RWA's Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) device installed will receive an updated reading. Final meter readings will be estimated for all other customers unless an actual reading is provided or the last two or more consecutive bills have been estimated. Upon receiving your completed form, the RWA will prepare and fax the final water bill for the seller to the attorney's fax number. The bottom portion of the final bill should be returned with the seller's payment. In the event that the closing date is changed or cancelled, please notify the RWA immediately to avoid any billing errors.
