White Wine Focus:

We are going to focus on all white wines for the Expo tables this year (with one exception noted below). We will group wines either by theme, variety or region depending on submissions, and would also like to highlight wines with the Sustainable Winegrowing Australia trust mark. (So if you have a white wine with the trust mark available, please tick that box on the form).

Costs and Criteria:

•    The cost per SKU is $125 USD

•    Open to classic and contemporary white wines

•    We require 3 bottles of wine (to be shipped directly to TEXSOM)

•    Final selections will be confirmed by June 2, 2005

TEXSOM 20th Anniversary

This year is also the 20th anniversary of the TEXSOM conference, and we would like to pull together a table of 2005 vintage wines to align with that anniversary and illustrate the ageability of Australian wines.

Costs and Criteria:

•    There is no cost per SKU, as Wine Australia will fully fund this table

•    Open to any wine styles – white, red, sparkling or fortified.

•    We require 3 bottles of wine (to be shipped directly to TEXSOM)

•    Final selections will be confirmed by June 2, 2005

•    If you’re interested in having a 2005 vintage wine featured on our table, please complete this form by Friday May 23, 2025.

*Submissions do not guarantee inclusion, with final decisions based on offering a broad range of varieties, regions and price points. The number of tables we secure is dependent on demand, and subject to change.

To be eligible to participate, wines need to be in distribution in the US, but wines can be shipped directly to TEXSOM by your importer, so wines do not need to be in distribution in Texas. If you choose to have your Texas distributor handle the shipment, then they will still need to deliver to TEXSOM's retail partner, TEXSOM purchases the wine from the retailer, and then bills back the supplier for the total cost.
