Special Event Request Form

**Prior to registering any event, the school principal or principal’s designee must first be consulted.**

All school sponsored events or events occurring during normal school hours must be registered with the Risk Management Department. The District is Legally Liable for ANYTHING that happens on our campuses during School Hours.
