If you have an idea for a proposal that doesn’t meet the needs of the funding opportunities listed on our website, you may use this form to give us information about your proposal idea.

Please understand we have limited funding and at this time are not accepting proposals outside our procurement processes. We will only contact you if your proposal meets the parameters of the current funding opportunities listed on our website.
