Appraiser Application

The following fields comprise the Vendor Management information necessary for the new appraiser application process for the managed appraiser panel of Guardian Mortgage, a division of Sunflower Bank, N.A. Appraiser Applications are reviewed semi-monthly. Complete applications, resumes and sample work are required to complete the review. The full application package must be received prior to review dates for consideration. PLEASE NOTE - WE REQUIRE A FIVE (5) YEAR MINIMUM TENURE OF FULLY LICENSED EXPERIENCE FOR ELIGIBILITY TO BE ADDED TO OUR APPRAISER PANEL.
