This form is for researchers who wish to facilitate a study on campus that has already been approved by an external IRB. Under the policy, the external institution's IRB will serve as the IRB of Record, and SEU will accept its approval and oversight of the research. If Approval by Reciprocity is denied, a full proposal submission will be required. Contact IRB@stedwards.edu with questions about this process.

The proposal must have at least two investigators: a Principal Investigator (PI) from the IRB of Record, and a SEU Co-Investigator. (SEU student PIs must have a faculty advisor on campus to oversee the study.)
