Hyperscaler Marketplace Engagement Form

Thank you for considering TD SYNNEX to build and support Hyperscaler Marketplace engagements.

Process:

• Specify if you prefer a Consultation with our marketplace leaders or if you are Ready to get Started.
• If you choose Consultation, our marketplace leaders will reach out in 2-3 business days to set up the discussion.
• If you are Ready to Get Started, the Signee you designate will receive our Click-to-Accept MNDA.
• Once the MNDA is executed, the Click-to-Accept Marketplace Agreement will be issued to your Signee.
• Please Note: For TD SYNNEX to support a private offer or other engagements, you must first have a public-facing listing in the Hyperscaler Marketplace.
• If you are here as an Existing TD SYNNEX Vendor and need the automated Marketplace Addendum, please select the appropriate path and your Signee will receive the documents.



• Once the contract is signed, the appropriate leader(s) from our Hyperscaler team(s) will contact you for onboarding next steps.
