2025 Deferral Request Form

Thanks for registering for one of our annual Beyond Monumental events! Please complete the form below to help us expedite your deferral request.


Please note: Participants must submit proof of injury, pregnancy, or military deployment to be eligible for a deferral to 2026. The deferral fee is $20.00 (plus processing fees).


To remain fair and consistent, deferrals will only be applicable and approved for the injured, pregnant, or deployed participant. Deferrals must be submitted prior the deadlines below to be approved.


Fall Events Include:

  • October 4, 2025 - Indy Half Marathon at Fort Ben, 10K, & 5K
  • Deferral Deadline: 5:00 PM ET September 3, 2025
  • November 8, 2025 - CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, Half Marathon, & 5K
  • Deferral Deadline: 5:00 PM ET October 1, 2025
