If you live in a westside Savannah neighborhood and would like to request supplies for a community garden, the ACTion Project can help!

Please use the form to submit a request for community garden supplies, such as planting containers, soil, tools, seeds, and rental equipment.

Please note you will need to submit a separate form for each unique item you are requesting. For example, if you are requesting a wheelbarrow, two shovels, and ten bags of soil, you would submit three separate forms: one each for the wheelbarrow, shovels, and soil. You can indicate quantities for each item if more than one is needed.

If you anticipate needing to submit multiple forms, you may find it easier to create a document with the required information and copy/paste for each submission.

IMPORTANT: Unless the item is available on Amazon, you will be reimbursed for the purchase. Amazon purchases can be made directly by the ACTion Project and shipped to you.
