Majors, Minors & Concentrations
You must have the required institutional grade point average in order for this form to be processed. If you have any questions, please check with the appropriate chairperson or view the academic catalog.
Degree level changes (associate to bachelor, bachelor to associate) may not be processed for the current term. Major changes may not appear in your Banner Web account until early registration for the next term.
Please see our Academic Calendar for the last day to submit a change request. If your submission is after that date, your request will be processed for the following term.
