Employee Request Policy

Below are the eligibility guidelines regarding employee donation/sponsorship requests for all Ashley locations. 1. Requestor must be employed by Ashley (Ashley Furniture Industries, Ashley Global Retail, Ashley Distribution Services, or corporately owned Ashley HomeStores). 2. Employees can only submit request for one (1) monetary or one (1) product donation per year. 3. Employees can request on behalf of themselves, spouse/domestic partner, and outside organizations. The primary focus of charitable initiatives at this time fall within our core pillars: Education, Medical Support, Military, Emergency Service, Community, Sponsorships, or to those who have suffered due to natural disaster or health-related incidents. 4. Ashley reserves the right to refuse any request.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Requests must be made at least one month in advance of the commitment deadline.
