**All research proposals should include an in-person briefing at the Homeland Defense Awareness Symposium in June 2025 with an accompanying a PowerPoint slide deck.

***First Deliverable will be a Kickoff briefing. This subcontractor led briefing will convene the subcontractor, Mission Partner, and HII MTC PM to discuss methodology/timeline/deliverables. Virtual meeting is acceptable with PowerPoint slide deck to provide outline for discussion. Note, the PowerPoint slide deck must be submitted to the HII MTC Deliverable Manager NLT 3 business days prior to the briefing.

REQUIRED TRAVEL DESCRIPTION

All researchers will be asked to attend the 2025 Homeland Defense Symposium, in Colorado Springs, to brief their research project. Please include a description and cost estimate, of the travel required, in the space below.

Example: Project will require two (2) Subject Matter Experts three (3) days travel from DC to CO.

Cost estimate to include flight, transportation expenses, hotel, and per diem.
