Permanent Building-to-Building Hardship Transfer Intake Form
As an Amazon Associate, we understand you may be facing challenging personal circumstances that may require you to permanently relocate to another location. In these cases, Amazon will consider on a limited basis requests for a permanent building to building hardship transfer.
A permanent hardship transfer is long term, short-term requests will not be permitted. In such cases, a temporary schedule adjustment, Leave of Absence (LOA) or other short-term solutions such as use of vacation, paid personal time, or unpaid time should be considered.
To determine the best course of action, ensure that you provide us the full details of your hardship. Help us to understand the dates you were notified of the hardship barrier and details of it's impact. If you have any supporting documents please attach them to your My HR case. Do not include any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or information that will violate the HIPPA regulations. Any approved or pending accommodation requests are for your current Site and is not transferable to another Site.
