Maintenance Request
Please choose your building name/address to ensure your maintenance request goes to the right member of our Property Management Team.
Please double check this to make sure the number you input is correct to avoid delays in addressing your repairs.
Once your request is received by your manager, it is assigned accordingly to maintenance to be addressed. Do you require maintenance to contact you before they come to address this repair?
**IMPORTANT**: If you choose "NO", please note that a maintenance technician will attend your unit at their earliest opportunity, once the request has been approved by your property manager.
To facilitate a timely repair of the above mentioned, I, the Tenant, hereby consent to entry by the Landlord (staff/agent) at any time between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Sunday, for the purpose of carrying out the requested repair. It is further understood that some repairs require staff to place orders with suppliers and make several visits to the unit. If you do not consent to this, there may be delays in repairs taking place if further coordination is required.

I understand that if the repair is required is a result of improper use and/or damage caused by myself, any other occupant and/or guest of the unit, that I may be held financially responsible for the repair.
I, the Tenant, consent to the staff taking pictures, if necessary, to ensure proper purchasing of material, support billing, and for future reference.
I, the Tenant, further understand that if the Landlord's staff/agent refuses to enter the unit due to a poor standard of cleanliness, that they may inform Officers of Healthy & Safety Act and/or Bylaw Enforcement.
