Parents and guardians may now submit pre-authorization requests in EMA for the 2024-25 school year!

If a pre-authorization request was submitted through the online form before the “Pre-Authorization” tab launched in EMA, it will be processed in the order it was received. If a pre-authorization request submitted through the online form is still under review, it is important that you do not submit a duplicate request in EMA.

New Pre-Authorization Process in EMA

IMPORTANT: Students who have been using the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) program since the 2022-23 school year and before must continue to submit pre-authorization and reimbursement requests through their legacy Parent Portal account in the Legacy System and reimbursements submitted in EMA for these students will be denied.
