This form may be used by any student who wishes to apply for a Withdrawal from the Program they are currently enrolled in.

Withdrawal is a cancellation of the enrolment upon student’s request - withdrawal from all units in a study period with no units planned for in a future study period. Academic and financial penalties may apply depending upon the time when the Program Withdrawal Form is submitted.

Withdrawal of enrolment may affect the international student’s visa status. International students wishing to withdraw their enrolment must contact the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) for further information and advice. The application will be considered within 10 working days.

If you wish to withdraw from your program because you are transferring to another educational provider, you must speak with a Student Learning Advisor, you can book the appointment via this link.
