Do you struggle with sleep?
It is common to experience difficulties with sleep, including insomnia, during or after cancer treatment.
The University of Colorado Cancer Center, through support from the Colorado Comprehensive Cancer Control Program, is offering a free class to improve sleep and build connection for cancer patients in Colorado.
This class teaches cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), which is a highly effective way of improving sleep for cancer patients. The class will be held four consecutive weeks over Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of home!

There are a limited number of spots. Registration closes April 15th, 2025. You will complete a brief online questionnaire before and after participation in the class.
