Coffee Cart Host Request

Coffee Cart Committee provides funding for one monthly coffee cart event that can be requested by any Pitzer student, staff and/or faculty. Coffee Cart amenities include:


Coffee service through Bon Appetit (regular and decaf coffee, tea, condiments and paper goods and linens for up to 35 people)


Hosts are encouraged to provide treats (homemade or purchased), select a theme and bring materials they’d like to share with the broader Pitzer community.


Coffee carts that are funded through Coffee Cart Committee must be open to the entire Pitzer community, including students, staff, and faculty. While Coffee Cart can only fund one event per month, anyone can host a coffee cart through their own funding.

Please let us know if you require any additional equipment, such as chairs or electric cords.  

Coffee Cart Committee sponsors 35 people per event. Please provide the cost center for additional quantity. The current cost is $3 per person.

I have read and understand the Coffee Cart Committee guidelines and understand the expectations of hosting a coffee cart.

Please monitor your email for confirmation that your event has been scheduled. Please allow one week for the Committee to review and confirm your request.
