EAA Homebuilt Aircraft Council Application

February 27, 2025 Update

We have two upcoming openings on the Homebuilt Aircraft Council. Successful council members are active participants within the Homebuilt community. We will close this application on May 15 and select the final candidates in June.


Council members are appointed by the EAA President and serve in a volunteer capacity for a 3-year renewable term. Council members are expected to attend AirVenture-Oshkosh, an annual meeting in Oshkosh each fall, and monthly meetings via GoToMeeting. Travel costs to and from Oshkosh are the responsibility of the member.


Volunteering to serve on the council requires a commitment of time and energy.
