We have read and understood the Health & Safety information within the Exhibitor Manual.

We confirm that we will comply with the latest government, Public Health and travel guidance.

(Space Only stands) We have completed and submitted a Risk Assessment, Method Statement and Stand plans.

(Space Only Stands) We have completed a risk assessment specific for our stand activities, to cover all persons during the show open. With specific consideration given to COVID-19 risks, and have shared this with all staff working on our stand.

We confirm we will have considered enhanced cleaning for high touch points and will have hand sanitiser located on the stand for staff and attendees.

Show Hours*

As an exhibitor, you agree to be present for the full duration of the show, with at least one staff representative being at your stand at all times. You will set up and break down within the listed times on the dates shown on the Event Timetable page of the manual. I confirm that I have read the above and will abide by this at all times.

Demonstrations*

Will there be any form of demonstration taking place on your stand? If yes, please detail briefly what below. Please note all volume levels will be monitored onsite.

Please note: If you are intending to have entertainment or performance of any sort on your stand you MUST apply for permission. This permission will be issued by the organisers of Arabian Travel Market on behalf of DET. FAILURE TO OBTAIN THE NECCESSARY PERMISSION WILL RESULT IN FINES BEING ISSUED DURING THE EVENT. These fines will be issued by DET. Please see the manual for further details.
