2025 AP Participant Grant Application
Please read the following carefully before completing the application.
College Board awards AP participant grants for qualifying teachers new to an AP subject to attend an AP Summer Institute (APSI). The application is open January–May or until all grants have been distributed.
- AP Participant Grants cover the cost of tuition only and are distributed by individual AP Summer Institute host institutions. You must select the APSI you want to attend on your application.
- Teachers may only be awarded one AP Participant Grant so you should only submit one application.
- Please be sure the APSI you select offers the session you are requesting in the application. APSI sessions can be found on the AP Professional Learning Event Calendar.
- Please wait to register for your preferred APSI until you've received a notification about the status of your grant application. Grant awardees will receive a special registration code.
