Please be advised that SDSU Research Foundation space is not permitted for instructional/class use.

If more than one day is needed, please enter the dates and times below.


Please be advised that requests for meetings that are (3) days or longer, or (3) separate meeting times may require additional approvals. Additionally, reservations more than 30 days in advance or any long-term reservations will require management approval and shall be based on availability.

Fees may apply based on the conference room policy.


For University-Affiliated Leases/Tenants, please provide an SDSU oracle account string or SDSURF fund and account number. A detailed estimate for the reservation will be provided to establish a Purchase Order (PO) through SDSU Procurement or a journal voucher will be prepared when using SDSURF funds.


For Commercial Tenants, a chargeback invoice will be submitted in your next billing cycle (you can type N/A in the field).


For Research Projects who occupy SDSU Research Foundation space, billing information is not applicable (you can type N/A in the field).

Will HVAC be required for after-hours?*

Will food be served?*

If you answered yes to this question, please ensure that trash, food, or other items brought into the meeting space are picked up, thrown away and/or removed at the end of the meeting. Please call Facilities at (619) 594-5761 if custodial services are needed to clean up large spills, etc.
