Charter School GAINS Access Request Form

If you are a Charter School applicant, please fill out the form so CDE can provide you with the proper access. This is specific to applications the Charter School would like to apply for apart from their authorizer and not for Charter Schools to access applications through their district or CSI. Requests may take 1-2 business days to process.

Charter School Information

Charter school names, authorizing district/CSI information, and school/district organization codes can be found in the 2024-25 All Colorado School Codes file on CDE's Frequently Request Codes webpage.

GAINS User Role Requests

You may use this form to request/update roles for 4 users. You may submit this form multiple times to capture all personnel. User role definitions and permission levels can be viewed on the GAINS Roles webpage.

The LEA Fiscal Representative and LEA Authorized Representative roles can only be assigned to personnel from the authorizing district/CSI. If there are updates needed to those roles, please have the district/CSI contact us at GAINS@cde.state.co.us to request those changes.
