Maintaining Your Status on the Interest List

If you are added to the interest list, you will be notified in writing when your name comes to the top of the list or if we are updating our files. If you do not respond to our notifications, or our attempts to contact you fail, your name will be removed from the interest list. You must notify us immediately if there are any changes to your household size, income, address, email, or phone number. This notification must be submitted in writing to the leasing office. (Electronic submission via email or fax is acceptable)

Eligibility

An applicant must qualify as an individual as defined by the housing programs regulating the property.
Applicant must be at least 62 years of age at the time of this pre-application.
Applicant must have an annual income at the time of admission that does not exceed the established income limits for the program at the time of admission.
Applicant must pass a credit and criminal background check
Household must meet the occupancy standards established for the property.
Applicant must meet all program requirements.
