To complete your application for the Monash Global Campus Intensives (MGCI) program, you must complete both of the following:

This Preference Form; and
The Application for Overseas Study Form.

Reference number*

To proceed, please make sure you first submit your Application for Overseas Study (click to view) as you will need to provide your reference number.

Monash Abroad uses your application reference number to connect the various forms you submit. Using this number correctly is important for your application's progress.

How to find your reference number:

Search your email for "Submission for Application for Overseas Study" or esol.frevvo.notification@monash.edu
You'll find the reference number in the subject line and in the body of the email
Always copy and paste it directly from the email

Please provide your reference number by copy and pasting. Do not insert any other value than the reference number or your form submissions will not be connected across your application.

IMPORTANT: You cannot be enrolled in your home campus in the same study period.

Important note about selecting modules*

If you want to undertake Modules 5 or 6, you cannot be enrolled in your home campus concurrently.
If you want to undertake Module 7, you must not required to be at your home campus for examinations.
Module 8 occurs during the Winter semester, so you can undertake this module after completing Semester one at your home campus.
