Local Studio Artist Residency Application

Local studio artist residencies are open to local artists who wish to rent either live/work or day studios at the center for terms of 1 year, with the possibility for renewal.

18th Street Arts Center (18SAC) studios are subsidized in part by 18SAC. Rent varies by studio.

The program is open to artists of all disciplines, as well as small, artist-run initiatives. Participants are selected through an application process on the basis of availability, feasibility, purpose, and significance of the residency time specifically thought of at 18SAC. Please note that Local Artist Residency studios open up every 2 to 3 years. If you have any questions about the application, please email us at tnorris@18thstreet.org.
