With the support of our industry partners, we are thrilled to offer residents, fellows, and medical students the opportunity to apply for a scholarship, which provides complimentary registration and a travel stipend for the GEST Annual 2025 Meeting.

In order for your application to be considered, you must complete the application and submit a signed letter on institutional letterhead from your program director (fellows/residents) or dean/program administrator (medical students) confirming your status as a resident, fellow, or medical student.

What is included in the Trainee Scholarship?

• Complimentary registration to GEST 2025
• $500 stipend to offset travel expenses incurred (must live outside of the NY Metro Area).

Scholarship recipients must:

• Fill out pre-meeting survey indicating what you would like to learn during GEST 2025.
• Attend all trainee related sessions and events.
• Attend 2 additional sessions per day of your choosing during GEST 2025, Thursday, May 15-Sunday, May 18.
• Share your activity at GEST to your followers on social media (if you are on social media).

The deadline to submit an application is May 1, 2025.
