The OceanX Education Early Careers Explorers will be running multiple cohorts in 2025. The OceanX Education Team will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis.

SHOULD I APPLY?

To apply, you should:

• Be at least 25 years old
• Self-identify as having 5 or fewer years of relevant experience in your career
• Have a demonstrated passion for ocean exploration; for example through science, policy, engineering, conservation, marine operations or storytelling.
• Have demonstrated success in current career with clear career roadmap towards future impact.
• Have a sense of adventure and openness to ocean exploration, international travel and building relationships with fellow ocean leaders.
• Have a curiosity for how ocean leadership and exploration can create a more sustainable future for our planet.
• Have a valid passport through March 2026.
