Visiting Medical Student

Please complete the pre-approval application form and send a copy of your CV and professional headshot. Once you are notified of your pre-approval, you may apply to the official Stanford School of Medicine Visiting Clerkship.

Radiology Internal Deadlines:


Summer Quarter (Period 2, Period 3):

Pre-approval Application Acceptance Period: March 1 - March 31, 2025; Visiting Students are notified by April 11th, 2025


Autumn Quarter (Period 4, Period 5, Period 6):

Pre-approval Application Acceptance Period: May 26 - June 23, 2025; Visiting Students are notified by June 30th, 2025


Winter Quarter (Period 7, Period 8, Period 9):

Pre-approval Application Acceptance Period: August 25 - September 23, 2025; Visiting Students are notified by September 30th, 2025


Spring Quarter (Period 10, Period 11, Period 12):

Pre-approval Application Acceptance Period: November 24 - December 24, 2025; Visiting Students are notified by December 31st, 2025
