Please use this form to submit your assessment report to CARS.


If you are submitting more than one report for different degree programs, you will need to complete this form for each degree program separately. If you have any questions, please contact us at programassessment@jmu.edu.

Select the program for which you are submitting the assessment report. Please carefully review the list below for program name & degree type.


If your program is not listed, select "My program is not listed", and you will be asked to type in the name and degree of your program.


If you are submitting several reports, you will need to repeat this process separately for each degree program.

Improvement projects include a pre-assessment, intervention implementation, and a post-assessment to examine the effectiveness of the intervention.
