Workshops

For your team to be considered to hold a workshop at an event this season, you will need to fill this survey out by February 7th. We are looking for several things:

• Workshop title
• Brief description of workshop
• Equipment requested (There is no guarantee that you will have access to equipment so plan accordingly)
• Events you are interested in presenting at
• A slide to include in our coaches chats and event information

Our goal is to notify teams by February 13th which event or events they will be presenting at.

Decisions will be based on:

• The number of teams that are interested in presenting at an event
• Available space at each event
• Type of presentation (if we have multiple presentations we will be looking for variety)
• Slide you would like included in the site specific powerpoint

If you miss the February 7th deadline, there is no guarantee you will be able to present. Please do not email the local event host, all presentation requests need to go through Adrienne Collins and will only be considered by filling out this form.
