LOIs for the FY25 Spring PRE competitions (Accelerator and Catalyst) are mandatory and will be used to verify eligibility and identify potential peer reviewers of forthcoming full proposals.

To submit your LOI, please insert the following information via the provided form fields:

• Competition type
• Project title
• 250-word or less abstract summarizing the proposed research challenge and its significance along with expected research deliverables (see RFP for full proposal requirements to help guide development of this abstract).
• The provided title and abstract may be used to pair your proposal with the appropriate faculty peer reviewers.
• Responses to survey questions
• PI and Co-PI names, email addresses, and tenure initiating units.
• Note: investigators included on the list linked below are currently ineligible to serve as PI or Co-PI on another PRE project due to already being named on an active awarded PRE team.
