Industry Presentation Request Form

Thank you for your interest in applying for one of ACHA's industry presentation slots. Prior to completing this form, please ensure that you have met the following requirements and agree to the terms and conditions:


  • The presentation topic should not be in conflict with ACHA's mission and/or any of its position statements and should be of interest to many or a substantial subset of college health and well-being professionals.


  • If a product or device is being promoted during the session, it must be FDA-approved.


  • The presentation should include at least one non-industry speaker when possible.


  • Requests from Industry Partners in or related to the alcohol, tobacco or firearm industries will not be accepted.


Other terms and conditions:

  • Content planning is the responsibility of the industry partner, but will undergo a brief review by ACHA staff.
  • It is not permitted to imply endorsement from ACHA/ACHF, its events, projects, programs, publications, or other content.
  • ACHA will not offer continuing education credits.
  • Webinars will be provided free of charge to participants.
  • Recording of the webinar is available upon request from the industry partner. If a recording is requested, it will be posted on the ACHA website for up to six months. Recordings may not be re-distributed by the Industry partner.


Approval and Logistics Process:


Step 1: Complete this form.

Step 2: The proposed webinar topic will be reviewed by an ACHA subject matter expert.

Step 3: If the submission receives a recommendation to move ahead, an ACHA staff member will follow up to confirm the date.

Step 4: ACHA Accounting will invoice you in the amount of $8,000 for current Sustaining Members or $10,000 for Non-Members.

Step 5: ACHA staff will request confirmation details of webinar (speaker(s), abstract, expected learner outcomes) within four weeks of the session.

Step 6: The presentation slide deck must be presented for review at least one week in advance of the presentation. Content will be reviewed to ensure the presentation meets ACHA Industry Presentation terms and conditions.

Step 7: ACHA staff will contact presenters to schedule a short technical session within one week of the webinar.

Step 8: Participant registration info (name, institution/organization, email) will be shared with industry partner for one time use. This email must take place within two weeks of the presentation. Attendees may opt out of sharing their personal information at the time of registration.



ACHA staff will work with you on logistics and any other required materials (polls, slides, etc.)
