Donation Requests
The Golden State Valkyries are committed to providing assistance to charitable organizations primarily in the Oakland and San Francisco Bay Area communities. The Valkyries will support both community organizations and individuals through the donation of tickets, autographed memorabilia, and promotional items.
Due to the high volume of requests received, the Valkyries require that all donation requests must meet the following criteria:
- Requests must be submitted by using the form below. Mailed requests will not be accepted.
- Requests must be sent at least 30 days prior to the event date.
- Ticket donation requests will not be available at this moment.
- Signed items will be available after May 2025.
- Organization must be within a 75-mile radius of the Bay Area.
- Donations are limited to registered 501c(3) organizations or schools.
- We do not donate to third parties fundraising on behalf of another organization.
- Donations are limited to one request per organization within a twelve month period.
- All organization must align with our pillars (Education, Wellness, Civic Engagement, and Economic Development)
- Organizations are required to pick up approved items at the Downtown Oakland office (1011 Broadway Oakland, CA 94607).
- Organizations are required to report back with the amount raised from our donation.
- Updates regarding requests will be sent via email within two weeks of the event date.
- Please note that the Valkyries do not guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.
