If you'd like to request support for or attendance at an event or meeting about the volunteer experience changes please complete the below form. This will be provided by a member of staff or a volunteer working on the volunteer experience programme or by one our change managers.

Please provide as much detail as possible on the support you are requesting so that we can ensure the most appropriate person can help.

We will do our best to ensure that someone is able to support/attend but this may not always be possible. Please provide us at least 4 weeks notice for your event so we can arrange the support needed. We will do our best to support an event for every area as requested, supporting multiple events within one area is very unlikely due to the volume of support requests we recieve.

In this form we collect personal data about you (your name, email address and phone number). These details are required so that we can contact you about the request you have made. We will share this data with members of the UK Leadership Team as part of your request for a visit. We take your personal data privacy seriously. The data you provide to us is securely stored online. We will keep the personal data up to and including the time of the event. Please read our data protection policy for details HERE.

We will respond to you as soon as we are able to confirm if someone can attend your event.
