The total of financial percentage from all PIs should be 100%. The financial percentage split is based on how the budget will be distributed to PIs. For example: the total budget of your proposal is $200k. If the PI will get 150k while Co-PI will get $50k. Then financial percentage for PI is 75%, and the financial percentage for Co-PI should be 25%. So please enter: PI (name): 75%, Co-PI(name): 25%
The total incentive percentage split among PI and all Co-PIs equals 100% in Streamlyne. This percentage split is used to calculate the IDC return back to PI (and Co-PIs)'s incentive accounts. To translate the 100% split to 15%, multiply the percentage you requested (for example: 50%) by 15%. (50% x 15% = 7.5%)
The total Contribution Percentage Split among PI and all Co-PIs equals 100%. This percentage split will be used to calculate the research expenditure. If PI or Co-PI is affiliated with centers and would like to split the contribution percentage to home department and affiliated centers, please make notes here ( for example: Home department : 40%, Center (name): 60%.

Will the project involve a sponsor that is a foreign entity, or a paid/unpaid collaborator who will perform work in a foreign country, or a subrecipient who is a foreign entity, or project work in a foreign country, or work product that will be used in a foreign country?
Do you anticipate commercial applications (patent, license, software, tangible material) from the results of the research?
Will recombinant or synthetic nucleic acid molecules, or human or animal pathogens, or biological toxins, or experimental biologicals, or materials that require a permit be used in this project?
