In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Wine Australia is anticipating that the China Roadshow and Australian Craft Cider Showcase will be rescheduled to 15–23 September 2020 and 23–25 September 2020, respectively. Obviously the well-being of staff, suppliers and exhibitors is paramount and the September timing is subject to Australian Government advice supporting our return to market at this time. Those who register for this event by completing the online form below can be assured that: • Wine Australia will delay invoicing until we have further information about the coronavirus implications, and • if Wine Australia (on the advice of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) deems that the event should not proceed due to the implications of the coronavirus, participants will be notified as soon as possible and any exhibitor payments to Wine Australia will be reimbursed accordingly. Note: once you start the online registration, it cannot be saved. If you close the window without submitting the form, you will lose your submission and have to start again. Exhibitor Costs

Participation cost is AUD$3,000 Logistics cost guide (ex. Adelaide to both cities): 60 litres is AUD$1,700 - 120 litres is AUD$2,800 Additional costs: flights, accommodation, travel expenses, visas and Chinese custom duties and taxes (approximately 25% of cider value)

WeChat Mini Program

In 2019 Wine Australia launched its WeChat Mini Program replacing the printed Exhibitor Catalogue to give delegates an interactive tasting experience. This digital tool is open to all Chinese residents and features a directory of all cider being showcased during both China events. Your personalised directory entry features your cider, producer bio, website and a contact form for trade to privately reach you.
