Removal/Editing PG Listings Submission Form

Please complete these steps before submitting a ticket:

  1. Sign in to Press Ganey
  2. Drop down to RIO SEO ( Let me know if you can not get to this)[Top Left-hand Side next to logo]
  3. Go through your listings (Search them on Google and Healthgrades, and check for misspellings, addresses, hours changes, etc.) *If there is a department that is no longer active or a provider has left, you can mark those as removed*
  4. [OPTIONAL] As you go through your listings, have this form already up so that you can screenshot and add in the edits as you go through them (Screenshots are not required)
  5. Proofread your edits in this form; once you are happy with them, you can submit them! :)


Please submit one ticket with all your edits or removal requests for your Google listings. If you have any questions, please direct them to Emerald Hines, ehines@qhcus.com.


This form will help Ginger, our account representative, and I work through the Listings and get them done while having a record!
