Add Tasks to the Asset Management Tracker

Use this form to add new tasks to the Asset Management Tracker. For tasks that are already on the tracker these should be updated directly in the tracker.

Add a high level summary of what the task relates to, e.g. "Policies and procedures uplift". More detail will be captured in the next box.


Different tasks should be captured as different entries. This form will allow you to submit additional entries once this one is submitted.

Document how the tasks were agreed, e.g. in the SHA, via email, etc.
