CARLI Duplicate Title Reduction: CARLI Funded Collections

CARLI is working toward reducing title duplication in Alma and improving efficiencies in managing electronic collections. When an electronic collection is active in both an institution zone (IZ) and the CARLI network zone (NZ), the IZ collection should be deactivated in favor of the shared NZ collection. In the Box shared files, please see the report entitled, "XXX_CARLI_Funded_IZ_ECollections_to_Delete" (where XXX is your institution's CARLI 3-letter code). This report lists the current set of three CARLI-funded e-resource collections that are active in both your institution's Alma IZ and the CARLI network zone. These are the collections you should deactivate in your IZ. Please complete this form by October 11 to indicate who will complete this work, CARLI or your institution. If your institution staff will perform this clean-up work, please complete the work by October 15.

Please indicate if your library staff will perform this data clean-up, or if you wish to have the CARLI staff do this work on your behalf.
