SON Event Request
Write the official name of the event that may be used also for marketing purposes.
Please provide an official description of your event and its purpose. This information will be used for marketing and promotional purposes and will be shared on public-facing platforms.
Identify the contact person that may also be listed on the marketing materials.
Setup time required to prepare for the event, i.e. arranging furniture, equipment, AV, catering, as well as time needed to cleanup after the event.
This requires the approval of the Dean's Office and GW Security.
Will GW Nursing need to sign one or more agreement(s) with vendor(s)?
Include approximate budget cost. Leave empty if no budget.
(i.e. Will you need assistance moving furniture?)
(i.e. Will you need additional trash cans?)
i.e. projector, screen, mic, podium, etc?
(Is your audience anyone other than GW Nursing Faculty & Staff?)
