We are aware that inspections for the purpose of safety may be carried out onsite and that we will have all relevant documentation (e.g. licenses, qualifications, risk assessments etc.) available should these be requested.*

We confirm that all stand catering activites will take place within the exhibition stand and will not overspill into surrounding gangways.*

We understand that the Organiser, HMC or the Hamburg Office of Consumer Protection and Food Inspection reserve the right to stop service of any stand catering at any time if regulations are not met.*
