We take all feedback seriously and are committed to addressing any issues promptly and effectively.


This Feedback Form follows the principles of our Feedback (Complaints & Compliments) Policy and will be recorded in our Feedback (Compliments and Complaints) Register.


Mpower respects your privacy. Mpower will retain this information and may use or disclose it to make further inquiries to resolve any issues, for training purposes or to acknowledge service.
