Please check the UNM Salary Structure to see if this is in range for the preferred title/grade. Note that the College of Arts & Sciences only allows salaries from Minimum to the 1st Quartile (unless on-call).


Note that HR will run a SPET to determine if this is an appropriate salary or if this will cause equity issues amongst the college
