Please complete the form below as thoroughly as possible. If you are making a request for multiple performances, please fill out one form for each requested date.
Submit your request as early as possible to ensure ticket availability for your chosen performance (must be at least two weeks prior to the performance). This request can be made in lieu of students registering individually on Mason360. Any request received within two weeks prior to the performance will be fulfilled if time allows and sufficient ticket availability remains. The Ticket Office will reach out to confirm your request and answer any questions you may have.
Tickets will be digitally distributed to the requestor two Tuesdays before the performance, and the requestor must forward tickets to each group member. Seat locations are determined at the discretion of the Ticket Office. Should your group size increase after the distribution date, the Ticket Office will do its best to seat additional guests with the rest of your group, but adjacent seats are not guaranteed. Information about ticket distribution will be shared in a follow-up email.
As the group requestor (faculty/staff/advisor), you are allotted one complimentary ticket to attend with the class/group. Any other non-student guests in the group may use the faculty/staff discount (10% off). The Ticket Office will arrange the purchase with you. Please note that tickets must be paid in full before tickets will be distributed to the requestor.
