Local Government Option to Opt Out of the MS Medical Cannabis Program

The MS Medical Cannabis Act gives counties and municipalities the ability to opt out of the medical cannabis program through a vote by the board of supervisors of the county or governing authorities of the municipalities. The MS State Department of Health asks for your assistance in identifying whether or not your county or municipality has voted on this issue. Please provide the following information.
