1. The information provided in this application is true and correct.

2. I agree to be governed by the SCA (WA) Constitution, SCA Ltd Code of Conduct, By-laws and Policies/Practices relevant to the state in which I am applying for membership from the date of my admission as a member and acknowledge the right of the WA Board and the SCA (WA) Management to suspend or cancel my membership in accordance with the state Constitution and Code of Conduct.

3. I acknowledge that this membership application is subject to SCA (WA) Board approval. The applicant will be notified of SCA (WA) Board approval after the next scheduled meeting. I can access the member benefits after the application receives board approval.

4. Certificate of Membership: The Board may issue a Certificate of Membership to members indicating their class of membership. The Certificate of Membership shall remain the property of SCA (WA) and shall be returned to SCA (WA) on demand or upon cessation of membership.

5. I hereby confirm that I understand if my membership is suspended or revoked, I am unable to advertise my SCA (WA) membership or continue to use the SCA (WA) Strata Management Agreement. In addition to this, I will also notify my clients accordingly as directed by the SCA (WA) Board.

6. I accept that my membership will cease when SCA (WA) is notified that I am no longer employed by this Company. Where an Individual Strata Manager Member or Support Staff Member changes employment with a Corporate Strata Management member, he/she must notified SCA (WA) within 1 month of commencing with the company. If the new company is not a member of the SCA (WA) as a Corporate Strata Management member an application can be lodged within 3 months of the commencement of employment to avoid the cessation of the individual membership. Extra member fees may apply.
