Federal Section 106 and Section 110 consultation and State Project (PA 233 of 2023) Reviews

Please complete this form so the Michigan State Historic Preservation Office is able to process your application. Each submission has a 30MB limit on the total of all attachments. Note that as of January 1, 2020, the SHPO will only accept applications submitted on our new form. If you have more than one attachment per project (SHPO's Section 106 form, maps, photos, etc.) we ask that you roll them into one electronic document before uploading, if possible. Thank you.

Section 106 and Section 110 consultation materials as well as PA 233 of 2023 Renewable Energy and Energy Storage Facility Siting requests may be submitted through this portal.

Provide the name of your project as it appears in the Application for Section 106 Review form, which will be uploaded at the end of this form.

If the project does not have a street address, provide a brief boundary description or leave this field blank.

Provide the City, Village, or Township in which the project is located.

The county in which the project will take place.

FEDERAL AGENCY INFORMATION

Every Section 106 project must have a federal agency. If you are unsure of your federal agency, contact the person/agency requiring you to consult with the SHPO for that information.

PA 233 of 2023 project reviews will not have a federal agency. Indicate in the Federal Agency field that the review is for PA233 of 2023.

IMPORTANT: File names may not contain any special characters or punctuation besides the period/dot before the file name. Dashes and underscores are acceptable; all other special characters or punctuation must be avoided, including periods in positions other than directly before the file type indicator at the end of the name.
