CARE Housing, Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that develops, manages, and operates affordable housing communities with resident services throughout northern Colorado. The mission of CARE Housing is to advocate for and empower families and individuals in northern Colorado.
The HR Organizational Excellence Committee (OEC) of CARE Housing, Inc. is responsible for the following:
Advising on major benefit, PEO, and HRIS changes. Succession planning, organizational structure and compensation principle and practices.
Responsive, people-centered Organizational Excellence (OE) / Human Resource (HR) practices.
The development of the HR Strategic Plan.
The Organizational Excellence Committee will make recommendations to the CARE Housing, Inc. Board of Directors on OE / HR projects.
Length of term is two (2) years. No member shall be elected for more than three (3) consecutive terms unless the staff recommends and approves an additional term or extension.
Time Considerations
Committee Meetings- The Organizational Excellence of CARE Housing, Inc. will hold four (4) regularly scheduled meetings per year.
Time commitment per committee member will range from 1 hour to 4 hours per month.
